Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the PalMap app by PalÈat Hospitality ("PalÈat"). By using the service you fully accept these terms.

1. What PalÈat / PalMap is

PalMap is a mobile-first platform offering a curated map of territorial places, personalised itineraries (PalTour) generated via a questionnaire (PalTest), and a showcase of affiliated hosting structures. Full access to PalMap requires a code issued by a partner structure at booking time.

2. Registration and account

You must create an account providing truthful information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. PalÈat may suspend the account in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

3. Structure codes

Unlock codes are personal and tied to a partner-structure booking. Sharing, reselling or publicly distributing them is forbidden. PalÈat reserves the right to revoke access in case of fraudulent use.

4. Content

All content (text, images, video, itineraries, video-storytelling) is owned by PalÈat or its authors and is protected by copyright. Total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is forbidden.

5. Disclaimer and bookings

PalÈat provides information for touristic and experiential purposes. Bookings with structures, restaurants or wineries are subject to those third parties' terms. PalÈat is not liable for the quality of third-party services or for changes in schedules, prices or availability.

6. Liability

PalÈat makes every effort to ensure continuity and accuracy but offers no guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation. Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Changes

PalÈat may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of PalÈat Hospitality's registered office, save for consumer protections provided by law.
